Two parts work and one part skiing and mountain adventure: that is Trillevallen’s recipe for a successful conference!
Ski trails, slopes, snowmobile trails and all the other winter adventures in Trillevallen start at the hotel’s courtyard. Offices, banquet halls and conference rooms are comfortably and efficiently gathered under the same roof. Our conference service gives you that personal touch that warms the soul and helps to create a creative environment. For smaller groups of 30-40 people, there is the possibility to have a conference in a secluded part of the restaurant Ripan by the slopes, where the ski system is just a snowball’s throw away.
The premises
Our facilities are functional and flexible for an effective conference, with the right equipment and with the capacity for up to 200 participants. And the beautiful mountain experiences are just outside…
Our largest room Välliste facilitates 200 people and has flexible partition walls so the room can be divided into three smaller rooms if necessary.
Restaurant Ripan
The restaurant is located right on the slopes with a cozy lounge area, crackling fireplace and sun deck with mile wide views of the mountain range in the south. It serves lunch, pizza and an après-ski feeling is never far away, some days with live entertainment. In the same building there is also a warming cabin and ski passes are sold here.
The Ripan restaurant can be rented for large evening events such as weddings and celebrations with capacity for 120-150 seated. Ripan is modern with a good sound system and free WiFi.
