Trillevallens Fjällanläggning is owned by companies that are part of a group in which Executive Property Europe AB is the parent company. Executive Property will protect your privacy and endeavours to always safeguard your personal information. It is the aim of Executive Property to comply with current laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information. This policy will, amongst other things, help you understand what information Executive Property collects and how it is used.

Personal information handled by us

We will process personal information that you provide, or have provided to us, or that we obtain through cookies on our website.  The personal information that Executive Property processes is your social security number, name, e-mail address, telephone number, and in some cases dietary information and special requests.

We use your personal information in the following ways

Information regarding hotel guests is used in order to communicate information about the accommodation. Personal information may be consolidated with data from other sources, such as credit reports, or shared with debt collection agencies.

Furthermore, personal information is handled by external suppliers/entrepreneurs who provide services for us, in communication and invoice administration.

If you have made a booking through our website, we will use your personal information to contact you regarding your booking.

Personal information may be used to send direct mails to inform you about offers and events at the hotel or in the ski lifts.

For guests and suppliers, we consider the legal grounds to be the contract, and for the latter two, a consideration of mutual interests.

Protection of your personal information

To safeguard all personal information, we have put into place several security measures: We have implemented security routines as well as technology and organisational measures to protect your personal information, such as certification technology for web browsers. Additionally, we have the appropriate firewalls and anti-virus programs in place to protect and prevent unauthorised access to the network. Access to the areas where personal information is stored is limited.

Storing your personal information

Information regarding your booking is stored for the duration of the contract period plus 48 months, unless the information is part of our financial records in which case it will be kept for seven years in accordance with the law.

For suppliers, information may be kept for up to ten years, for warranty purposes. Regardless, your data will never be kept longer than allowed by the GDPR guidelines.

Rectifying personal information and the right to access/to obtain a copy.

Executive Property wants to ensure that your personal information is correct and complete. If any of the information you have submitted to Executive Property changes, such as your e-mail address or phone number, please contact us.

You have the right, at any time, to request that your personal information be rectified or deleted, (provided that no other laws dictate that the information needs to be saved/retained).

Once per calendar year, you have the right to obtain a copy of your personal information, free of charge. An administration fee will be charged for additional copies.

Changes to the privacy policy

Executive Property reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time when changes are necessary to address any issues or to fulfil new legal or technical requirements. All changes to this privacy policy will be posted on our website.
