Data related to bookings is stored during the contract period plus 48 months if the data does not constitute accounting material, which is kept for seven years in accordance with the accounting law.
For suppliers, it can be up to 10 years if it concerns warranty matters. Your data is never stored longer than permitted according to applicable guidelines under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Correction of Personal Data and Right to Access Records
Executive Property wants to ensure that your personal data is accurate and complete. If any of the information you have provided to Executive Property changes, such as if you change your email address or phone number, please contact us.
You have the right to request the correction or deletion of personal data at any time (unless other laws dictate that the information needs to be kept for a certain period).
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data once per calendar year free of charge. Beyond that, an administration fee will be charged.
