Trillevallen, located in the southern Åre mountains, is a ski paradise for all ages. The Högfjällshotellet opened its doors in 1939, and the first tow lift was built in 1970. The ski resort now features 8 lifts and 22 slopes of varying difficulty, along with a slope-side restaurant offering stunning views of the mountains.

    An operational leader with a strong focus on sales, marketing and business development. We’re looking for someone with an established network across both the corporate and leisure travel markets.     Högfjällshotellet

    Here in Trillevallen, many cherished mountain traditions live on, and the one we care for most tenderly is hospitality.

    During 2022 and 2023, Trillevallens Högfjällshotell underwent thoughtful renovations carried out with a gentle hand – preserving the authentic mountain charm of earlier times. The hotel offers 40 rooms with a total of 126 beds. Under the same roof, you’ll find a restaurant serving hearty mountain flavors, a relaxed and sociable lounge bar, meeting facilities, a sauna, and a tranquil relaxation area.

    RESTAURANT MANAGER

    Would you like to help create memorable guest experiences in a unique mountain setting?

    We are looking for an engaged and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurants and develop our service team.

    As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operation of our two restaurants. You will lead and inspire the team, ensure a consistently high standard of service, and work closely with the Head Chef and Hotel Management to create a well-run and welcoming operation.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Leading, scheduling and onboarding restaurant, bar and front-of-house staff.
    • Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurants and bars while remaining actively involved in service.
    • Managing bookings, dietary requests, guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
    • Planning staffing, events and the daily flow of the restaurants.
    • Managing purchasing, inventory, stocktaking, and monitoring waste and operating costs.
    • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and internal procedures.
    • Working closely with reception, the kitchen and other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

    WAITING & BAR STAFF

    Would you like to work in an authentic mountain setting where personal service and quality are at the heart of everything we do?

    We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in restaurant service and bar work who wants to help create memorable evenings for our guests. You’ll be serving hotel guests and conference groups in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In our relaxed bar, guests can unwind after a day in the mountains, and you’ll contribute with professional service, excellent beverage knowledge and genuine hospitality.

    Main tasks include:

    • Serve food and beverages in the restaurant.
    • Work behind the bar with cocktails, beer and wine.
    • Welcome guests and provide recommendations on food and drinks.
    • Prepare the restaurant and bar before each service.
    • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and guest service.

    You are service-minded, responsible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have a genuine interest in food, beverages and hospitality, and you’re a team player who enjoys working closely within a smaller team.

    CHEF

    Would you like to work in an inspiring mountain setting where quality, craftsmanship and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do?

    As a Chef, you’ll become an important part of our close-knit kitchen team, preparing dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients, mountain traditions and modern Scandinavian flavours. Our restaurant serves a two-course dinner every evening for hotel guests, alongside a relaxed bar menu.

    Conferences, weddings and private events are also held throughout the season.

    We are looking for someone who is responsible, passionate and eager to contribute to both the kitchen team and the continued development of our restaurant.

    BREAKFAST STAFF

    Slope-side restaurant Ripan

    Restaurant Ripan is located right on the ski slopes, offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. We serve lunch, pizza and homemade treats to hungry skiers in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant seats 145 guests and features a cosy lounge area with an open fireplace. We’re open throughout the lift operating hours, and every Friday evening we host our popular Pizza Nights.

    RESTAURANT ASSISTANT

    Would you like to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

    We are looking for service-minded Restaurant Assistants who want to help create a great experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include simple food preparation and serving, operating the cash register, dishwashing, and helping to keep the restaurant clean, welcoming and running smoothly.

    We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, takes responsibility and enjoys working as part of a team. You are well organised, thrive in a busy environment, and have an interest in the mountains, enjoying sharing local tips and recommendations with our guests. Previous experience is an advantage, but your attitude and passion for great service are what matter most.

    CHEF

    Would you like to prepare great food with panoramic mountain views and become part of a dedicated team?

    We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Chef to join Slope Restaurant Ripan. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and the daily operation of the kitchen. We serve high-quality lunches and homemade treats, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and excellent guest service.

    We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a professional kitchen. You are well organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible, responsible and a team player who contributes to a positive workplace.

    Trillevallens Ski Resort

    Trillevallen offers authentic skiing in a beautiful mountain setting. With more than 20 ski runs, eight lifts, a ski school and ski rental, we welcome both beginners and experienced skiers. Safety, guest service and memorable experiences are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s our team that makes the difference.

    SKI PATROL

    Would you like to work in the heart of the mountains and help create a safe and enjoyable skiing experience?

    We are looking for a dedicated Ski Patrol team member who enjoys varied responsibilities and an active outdoor role. Your responsibilities include ensuring the ski resort remains safe and secure for our guests, carrying out lift maintenance and snowmaking operations, providing first response to injuries and excellent guest service, helping prepare and assist with activities and events, and operating snowmobiles and working both on skis and, occasionally, at height.

    We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions. You are responsible, solution-oriented and provide excellent guest service. You hold a valid snowmobile licence (required) and have experience with ski lift operations or are quick to learn new technical tasks. Qualifications in SLAO First Aid in Mountain Terrain and Ski Patrol training are considered an advantage.

    LIFT OPERATOR

    Would you like to combine an active outdoor job with creating a fantastic skiing experience for our guests?

    As a Lift Operator, you’ll play an important role at the resort and interact with our guests every day. Your responsibilities include assisting guests at the ski lifts, helping ensure a safe skiing experience, providing excellent service, answering questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and carrying out a variety of tasks related to the daily operation of the lifts.

    We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and meeting people. You are service-minded, responsible and work equally well independently and as part of a team. You speak Swedish and have a good command of English. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality or working with children is an advantage. A snowmobile licence is a plus.

    Seasonal position: 17 December 2026 – 11 April 2027, and/or 10 February – 11 April 2027.

    LIFT TICKETS SALES / CASHIER

    Are you service-minded, organised and looking for a varied role?

    As a member of our Lift Pass Office team, you’ll often be the first person our guests meet and play an important role in shaping their Trillevallen experience. Your responsibilities include selling lift passes and providing customer service at the ticket office, giving guests information about the resort, answering questions, and combining ticket office duties with work as a Lift Operator and other varied tasks around the resort.

    We are looking for someone with experience in customer service, preferably including cash handling. You are accurate, flexible and responsible, enjoy working with people and have a solution-oriented mindset. You speak Swedish and have a good command of English. Previous experience in tourism or other customer-facing roles is an advantage. A snowmobile licence is a plus.
