RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for an engaged and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our restaurants and develop our service team.
As Restaurant Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operation of our two restaurants. You will lead and inspire the team, ensure a consistently high standard of service, and work closely with the Head Chef and Hotel Management to create a well-run and welcoming operation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, scheduling and onboarding restaurant, bar and front-of-house staff.
- Overseeing the daily operation of the restaurants and bars while remaining actively involved in service.
- Managing bookings, dietary requests, guest enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Planning staffing, events and the daily flow of the restaurants.
- Managing purchasing, inventory, stocktaking, and monitoring waste and operating costs.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and internal procedures.
- Working closely with reception, the kitchen and other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Seasonal position: 1 December 2026 – 16 April 2027
Full-time (100%).

WAITING & BAR STAFF
Would you like to work in an authentic mountain setting where personal service and quality are at the heart of everything we do?
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in restaurant service and bar work who wants to help create memorable evenings for our guests. You’ll be serving hotel guests and conference groups in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In our relaxed bar, guests can unwind after a day in the mountains, and you’ll contribute with professional service, excellent beverage knowledge and genuine hospitality.
Main tasks include:
- Serve food and beverages in the restaurant.
- Work behind the bar with cocktails, beer and wine.
- Welcome guests and provide recommendations on food and drinks.
- Prepare the restaurant and bar before each service.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and guest service.
You are service-minded, responsible and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have a genuine interest in food, beverages and hospitality, and you’re a team player who enjoys working closely within a smaller team.

CHEF
Would you like to work in an inspiring mountain setting where quality, craftsmanship and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do?
As a Chef, you’ll become an important part of our close-knit kitchen team, preparing dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients, mountain traditions and modern Scandinavian flavours. Our restaurant serves a two-course dinner every evening for hotel guests, alongside a relaxed bar menu.
Conferences, weddings and private events are also held throughout the season.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, passionate and eager to contribute to both the kitchen team and the continued development of our restaurant.
Seasonal position: 15 December 2026 – 11 April 2027

BREAKFAST STAFF
