Cancellation Policy
If you cancel earlier than 14 days before the confirmed arrival date, the amount paid will be refunded except for a processing fee of 500 SEK (and the cancellation protection fee if paid). If the cancellation occurs later, you are required to pay the full price as per the booking confirmation.
Cancellation Protection
You can purchase cancellation protection when making your booking. The cancellation protection must be paid no later than at the time of the booking fee payment. The price for cancellation protection is 245 SEK for short stays (2-4 nights) and 375 SEK for weekly stays (5-7 nights or more). The cancellation protection allows you to cancel your stay up to the day before the confirmed arrival date under the following conditions:
A. Death, illness, or serious accident affecting the guest, spouse, close relative, or a registered travel companion.
B. Being called up for military service or civil defense duty during at least partial mobilization.
The obstacle must be substantiated with a certificate from a doctor or authority and must be submitted to us as soon as possible, but no later than ten days from the date of cancellation. The medical certificate must include the date of examination, results, and diagnosis, indicating that the illness is acute or serious enough to prevent the traveler from making the trip. The stated reason must not have been known at the time of booking.
If the above conditions are met, the amount paid will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation protection fee and a processing fee of 500 SEK per booking.
